Karen is the Organizing Supervising Manager, IVE at the California Immigrant Policy Center, where she leverages over a decade of social justice leadership to strengthen democracy. Karen specializes in managing Integrated Voter Engagement (IVE) campaigns that mobilize immigrant communities to shape electoral outcomes. Throughout her career at Groundswell Fund and CHIRLA, she has guided grassroots organizations through complex electoral landscapes, turning voter momentum into sustained political power. Dedicated to protecting democratic processes, Karen ensures underrepresented voices have a decisive impact on election results. In her free time, she enjoys running.
