Bulmaro “Boomer” Vicente
Bulmaro is a community organizer, political strategist, and LGBTQ+ advocate based in Santa Ana, California. He serves as Political and Policy Director at Chispa, where he leads efforts to advance progressive policy, build political power, and elect community-centered leaders across Orange County. A UC Berkeley graduate and former candidate for the California State Assembly, Boomer also serves on the boards of OC Pride and Courage California. The proud son of Oaxacan immigrants, he is passionate about building a more just and inclusive future for working-class, immigrant, and LGBTQ+ communities.
